Plantiful Eats is co-founded by Ryan Kuffa and Morgan Liddick. We established our restaurant to bring the “veggie” to Vegetarian Town. There was a lack of vegetarian and vegan options throughout our community, and change was needed. We strive to create an array of choices for all patrons of our establishment, vegetarian or not.
So, how do we produce our meals? Almost all ingredients are sourced directly from local farms within Vegetarian Town. Every option on our menu is vegetarian, and there are also vegan options present. Our plant-based products travel less than 10 miles to make it to your plate.

Because of our close partnership with these farms, we have personally confirmed that the crops are grown in the proper conditions. Additionally,they are deep cleaned and sanitized by cooking staff. Food safety is our number one priority to ensure our consumers can eat care-free. If any issues arise related to food quality and safety, please address the issue with staff to keep everyone safe!

As mentioned in our food safety section, we have close knit connections with the local farmers who sell to us. Food sustainability is important to us when deciding on a source for our ingredients, and we are proud to certify that these farmers have put immense effort into caring for the environment. Beyond fertilizers, no chemicals are sprayed on the soil and all crops are naturally grown.
